Bruce was so easy to work with! He made our experience, so lovely! I feel like he went over and beyond with arranging for contractors to come see the house we purchased, meeting them, setting up appointments and such. He was super professional and a really great guy, highly recommend using Bruce for purchasing or buying a home

Bruce did a fabulous job helping us to purchase our first home in this city. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to the area and was able to guide us to some great locations. We certainly had a lot of questions and wanted some guidance, but he was always respectful of our decisions and never pushed us into any decisions. When we had some updates we wanted to do on our home, he was quick to provide recommendations for us for everything from an arborist to an HVAC guy to the best window and screen company in the area. We will definitely use him again should we ever need to sell this home and/or buy another home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Bruce, was very professional, knowledgeable and very formative concerning areas in Springfield. He was very patient. Bruce did an outstanding job finding us homes in our price point square footage we were looking for. We still stay in touch and are very pleased with the neighborhood and home Bruce helped us find. Especially being new to Missouri, we were in good hands with Bruce. I recommend Bruce to anyone looking for a home. Mr. &Mrs. Babb

Bruce was more than helpful in helping us find a new home in Springfield. We were moving in from out of state, and we're often unable to make the trek to see properties, but Bruce went in our place, took photographs and videos, and took time to observe details at each property. He also repeatedly did tons of research on each property we were interested in. He was definitely interested in finding the perfect property for us, rather than looking to make a quick purchase. We worked with Bruce over 6 months to find the house that was right for us. Bruce knows Springfield and the surrounding area extremely well, plus he has a drone license, which provided wonderful detail on large properties! would recommend Bruce to anyone looking for a thorough and thoughtful agent!

Bruce did an amazing job listing and selling our house! He is very knowledgeable and was an excellent communicator throughout the process. We were blessed to have his photography and videography skills to showcase our house! He was always available to answer any questions, very thorough in his work, kindly guided us through all the steps, and went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us—we were impressed with his work and so grateful we had him as our agent! He also helped us in buying our new house. We could not be happier with Bruce and all his help through the house buying process also! He was patient with us in looking at so many houses, well informed all around, and, again, went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us find and purchase our new house! We HIGHLY recommend Bruce!!

We had a house in the country with an unique setup, which made it a little tricky to sell in our opinion. Bruce was up to take on the challenge and encouraged us through the whole selling process. He did a fantastic job with the drone footage and 3D walk-through, drawing out the beauty of the land and the house! Even after we were under contract, his communication with us were wonderful and timely. There were a lot of behind the scene work done, and we were at ease all the way through the end, thanks to Bruce's very professional work ethic and knowledge, as well as the team of realtors he works with. We highly recommend Bruce!

Bruce did a fabulous job listing and selling our home. He gave our home the million dollar treatment with his top-notch photos, video walk-through, drone flyover, and awesome marketing plan! He knows the Springfield market thoroughly and guided us through the process skillfully and professionally. We were so happy with our experience! Very highly recommended!!
